It is not all in black and white here at The Shop. It's not even in red, black, and white. What we do has to be experienced within the doors and within the minds of the creators. What you see on this site in just a small glimpse of the work performed. Workouts are programmed and customized for each group or individual. Logs are kept in spiral notebooks and records are in binders. Goals and accomplishments are posted on the walls.
